GLEAMMO – Returns & Refunds Policy (30 days)

This policy applies to all purchases made at gleammo (“the Store”).


1) Return period

We offer a 30-day return period starting from the date you receive your order.


2) Eligibility for returns

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • Unused and in perfect condition.

  • In its original packaging with tags.

  • Including all manuals and accessories.

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or order number.


3) How to start a return

  1. Email us at gleammo22@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason.

  3. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the return address.

  4. Returns without prior RMA approval will not be accepted.


4) Return shipping costs

  • If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we cover the return shipping (prepaid label or refund of reasonable costs).

  • If you return due to change of mind, size, or color, the customer is responsible for return shipping (unless local law states otherwise).

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error.


5) Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If it arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging.


6) Non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or made-to-order products (including photos, engravings, names, or videos uploaded by the customer), unless defective.

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants).

  • Opened personal care items.

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

  • Gift cards and items clearly marked as final sale.


7) Exchanges

To exchange an item, please return the product (following the process above) and place a new order for the desired item.


8) Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to process. If more than 15 business days have passed since our approval, contact us at gleammo22@gmail.com


9) Regional compliance

  • European Union / United Kingdom: Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases of non-customized goods. Personalized/made-to-order products are exempt, except if defective.

  • Mexico: In accordance with the Federal Consumer Protection Law, defective or non-conforming products may be subject to repair, replacement, or refund.

  • United States, Canada, Australia, and other countries: We comply with mandatory consumer protection laws and guarantees applicable in each jurisdiction.


10) Customs and duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes at destination. These are non-refundable.
If a package is returned due to rejection or unpaid customs, we may deduct actual shipping and handling costs from the refund.
