1) Order Processing

  • Processing time: 2–4 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed after [2:00 PM local time] or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.

  • Pre-orders or custom items will show their own estimated ship dates on the product page.

2) Delivery Times (Estimated)

Transit times begin after your order is processed and dispatched. Times are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • USA & Canada: 7–12 business days

  • UK & EU: 7–12 business days

  • Mexico & Latin America: 10–15 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 10–15 business days

  • Rest of World: 10–20 business days

During peak periods (Black Friday/Cyber Monday, holidays) or due to customs, weather, or carrier disruptions, delivery can take longer.

3) Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

  • Rates are shown at checkout based on destination, weight, and service.

  • Free shipping threshold: [e.g., “Free shipping over $XX to the USA/Canada/UK/EU”] (optional).

  • Expedited options (if available) will be displayed at checkout.

4) Tracking & Notifications

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order leaves our facility.

  • Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after carrier pickup.

5) Address Accuracy & Changes

  • Please verify your shipping address at checkout.

  • We may not be able to edit addresses once an order is placed. If you need a change, email gleammo22@gmail.com ASAP with the subject “Address Change – Order #”.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect/insufficient address, unclaimed packages, or refused delivery may incur reshipment fees. Original shipping is non-refundable unless the error is ours.

6) Customs, Duties & Taxes (International)

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties/VAT/import taxes charged by your country on arrival.

  • These fees are not collected by gleammo and are non-refundable.

  • If a package is returned for unpaid customs, we can refund the product price minus actual shipping/handling (and any return carrier fees), unless prohibited by law.

7) Delivery Attempts, Lost or Delayed Parcels

  • Risk of loss and title pass to you when the order is handed to the carrier.

  • If tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t locate the parcel, check with household members, neighbors, your building/concierge, and your local post office/carrier depot.

  • Report delivery issues to gleammo22@gmail.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date. We’ll help file a carrier investigation/claim.

  • We may offer shipping protection at checkout (if enabled). Claims are subject to carrier/insurer terms.

8) Damaged Shipments

  • If your package arrives damaged, please photograph the outer box, shipping label, inner packaging, and the item, and contact us within 48 hours at gleammo22@gmail.com.

  • Keep all packaging while we assess and process a replacement or solution.

9) Split Shipments

  • To speed delivery, items in the same order may ship separately at no extra cost. You’ll receive tracking for each parcel.

10) Shipping Restrictions

  • We cannot ship to sanctioned countries or where carriers don’t operate.

  • PO Boxes / APO/FPO/DPO: service availability varies by carrier and item size/weight. If unavailable, we’ll contact you for an alternate address.

11) Undeliverable & Return-to-Sender

  • If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we’ll notify you. You may choose:

    • Reship (additional postage applies), or

    • Refund of the product price minus original shipping/return fees (where applicable).

  • For customized items, reshipment may be the only option unless the error was ours.

12) Force Majeure

  • We aren’t responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., weather, customs holds, strikes, outages, war, pandemics, carrier disruptions).

Tips before publishing

  • Replace [dd/mm/yyyy], thresholds, cutoff times, and any region-specific windows.

  • Add specific carriers/services if you want (e.g., “USPS/UPS/Royal Mail/Correos”).

  • If you offer expedited or DDP (duties paid) options, note them here.
